Chef Brady Bryner brings over twenty-five years of culinary experience to JP Charlotte. Classically trained at the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Scottsdale Arizona, Chef Brady truly loves cooking for guests and creating memorable experiences for them. While trained in a wide variety of cuisines, his favorites include Mexican food as well as creating Italian-inspired pasta dishes of any type.

Food and music are Chef Brady’s two passions (along with his family). “Food and music are great ways to express feeling, emotions, communication, as well as self-expression,” stated Brady. “I found my artistic outlet through food. It drives my creativity and the way I feel, as well as how others feel through food.”

Executive Chef of the Westin Charlotte, Chef Brady also oversees the dining experiences for the hotel’s meetings, events, weddings, and any other reason guests come to gather to spend time together.
